I would only mention it if it gives you an advantage in your answers to the ESA or PIP activities, another example of how cognitive dysfunction affected you on a daily basis.

Hi Gordon,
It is a lifelong problem, when under any time pressure stress/anxiety levels rise cognitive abilities decline, exacerbated by neurological issues. Just wonder, as the Health and Assessment centre already possess the form, whether it is worth sending 1 extra sheet and a recently received clinical letter in, as I did not indicate I might provide late submissions on the form?
