Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

Are you certain that you have been awarded ESA(CB) and are not just receiving the Assessment rate pending a Decision being made? If you are then you need to attend this assessment.even if it is described as being for your UC claim, there will only be one face to face covering both the UC and the ESA(CB).

Have received the ESA (cb) award up until Jan 2020 and as I have a pension have been told the UC already paid must be repaid. Have not completed ESA50 but from what you are saying the UC50 is the same and the assessment will be to see if I satisfy the conditions as unfit to work so will attend the assessment, thanks

If you have received an award for NS ESA then this should be "transferred" to your UC claim as well, there should be no need for you to attend an assessment.

Have you logged on your UC journal that you have an award of NS ESA?
