If im faced with a pip tribunal and tick on the form im not attending would that go badly against me ? . Due to it would take place in a court setting , suffering from Cptsd Its a place that would trigger my flash backs and anxiety off real bad .Could i express that when sending back my Sscs1 form in , any help/feedback would be much appreciated .
You cannot be penalised for opting for a Paper hearing.
Be aware that you will need to stick to the timescales for providing additional testimony and evidence for the hearing, so the Tribunal Service will need to have anything that you want the panel to consider no later than one month from the date on the letter that will accompany the DWP's submission that you will receive a copy of.
