Hello, please could you give me some advice. My husband has just been sent a letter telling him that he needs to transfer from DLA to PIP. Please, is it possible that someone can let me know the date of the latest PIP2 form, I have a copy of one that is dated OCTOBER 16, is this the latest. Any help would be gratefully received.

The latest version is on the following

assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/governm...affects-you-form.pdf

Be aware there is no usable version of the PIP2 online, only specimens.
