Positive ESA result was created by Ultravox
Received my ESA reassessment decision about 8 days ago, no face to face and will continue for a further 12 months before any further reassessment, if needed. Received my ESA85a today and I have complex Mental Health issues including OCD and was surprised to see my reassessment was carried out by a Physiotherapist!

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Rob
Perhaps the limited mental health training they received was in this case, sufficient for them to make a proper Decision.

Hi Gordon,
The ESA85a said that all Consultant reports, GP letters,Med 3(whatever that is) and questionaire and extra info had been considered, it was quite a wad of paperwork! I'm just grateful my award has been extended, and having access to the guides on B&W
Kindest Regards, Rob.
