If you are requested an home visit for your PIP assessment,
do you get a choice of dates, or do they pick the date?
It's because i'm under four different hospitals and my appointments
can come at any date or time.

Do you have up to date medical evidence in support of a home assessment?
If you leave it to the Assessment Provider then they will book an appointment convenient to them so I would contact them to see if you can arrange a mutually acceptable date.

I think you have misunderstood what I was saying, you will need the up to date medical evidence to get the home assessment in the first place.

Sorry about the mix up, i've written a letter to my GP and stated the medical reasons requesting an home visit.
My GP has received medical reports from the Consultants that i'm seeing at present and they have supported me, in asking for an home visit.
