Telephone calls after initial assessment

Hi
I wonder if anyone else has received several phone calls after their face to face assessment.

Mu daughter had her assessment 7 weeks ago and then had a phone call from DWP asking her some of the questions that were asked at the assessment. This was 5 weeks after her assessment.

Then yesterday she was called again by the DWP asking the again about her condition - is this normal practice?

Many thanks

It's unusual but we have seen it before, my best guess is that the Decision Maker has identified discrepancies between your daughter's testimony and evidence and the assessment report and have rung to confirm what your daughter has previously said. The second call may be due to to the assessor response generating further questions.
