Good morning

I am very concerned as my cpn has now said that they are discharging me as nothing more can be done for me, what do I do when my pip review comes up for review at the end of this year many thanks

This is not an unusual situation, I'm afraid many claimants are parked by the DWP. You could ask the CPN if they would provide you with a discharge report, even if they won't they may still provide one to your GP which you should be able to get a copy of.
