Written Submission - PIP Appeal was created by Angel.m.c
I have had my pip dropped down from enhanced motability to standard and they have took away my daily living altogether I've just been told my mandatory reconsideration has been knocked bk so now a need help to appeal there decision as my health has got alot worse in the last year and half. I've now got new medical conditions. I haven't been able to leave house myself for years and have always told them but the lady that done m YY face to face this times report says I've no problems to plan and follow a journey I've had severe weight loss and keep getting pneumonia and my oxygen levels keep dropping down to I know the 80s. My health problems to start with are my stomach severe pain all the time severe constipation and had to have my large bowel all cut out but didn't help I have bad anxiety and depression. And suffer from PTSD from a serious assault I suffered from ifew years ago. I need help getting washed getting dressed I can't even run my own house now my mum and family have to do my shopping housework everything it was bad enough constant pain but now with that and low oxygen levels and short of breath I cannotbelieve she has came out and how bad I am now when she seen me I was so weak with all weight I'd lost cld hardly stand up far less walk a distance yet her report sounds like nothing wrong with me and everyone that I've let read her report all say same who is that about cause it's not me. I am so stressed and worried can't sleep or eat hardly the thought of going to a tribunal is so scary to me plz help me.

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is
Welcome to Benefits and Work
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
I've moved your post to its own topic, we ask members not to post their questions in other member's topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being given or taken.
The PIP Appeal guide has links to the SSCS1 form that you will need to complete and the Submissions guide has a complete example that you can use to help you fill it in, you do not need to provide detailed reasons at this stage for your request.

Once your appeal is accepted the DWP will prepare their submission to the hearing and send you a copy, whilst you should wait until you receive this to finish and submit your own, you should start to prepare your own case, an increased award will only be made by your showing that you score the extra points for one, so I would start by going back through your PIP2, the assessment report and the PIP Claim guide to see how you might show this is the case.
If you are unable to leave the house then you cannot score for following a route nor can you score for physical problems on the Going Out activity. Can you show that you cannot reliably walk more than 20m on the majority of days?
If you have further questions then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help.
