How to avoid the DWP change of circumstances

Hi
I was due for another ESA50 review - the computer was due to churn out the form. However... I am in the Support Group contribution based. I still get ESA despite my work pension because on the IB Legacy benefit I was also on High rate DLA, Care.
But something different has happened which could (wrongly) catch me in the natural migration change of circumstances rule for UC,because I am having my ground floor made completely disabled accessible and its impossible for me to be there whilst work is going on because I cannot access my stair lift a lot of the time, I need to sleep during the day as well so we have rented an apartment in the same borough and pay council tax for both for a few months until we get out of the contract. The work in my house will finish soon. We haven't actually changed where my main residence is. We pay council tax and utilities there. I am assuming they will try to claim there is a change of circumstances and how do I put a stop to this, otherwise I will lose my legacy based ESA? I don't know how these people find out this sort of stuff, except I do know they have tentacles everywhere!

Contribution Based ESA is not one of the benefits that comes under Universal Credit only Income Related ESA does.
