can anybody help . my daughter has high functioning autism , is currently on 100g sertraline , sees a nurse practitioner once a month for her anxieties and depression , because of this help the UC have put her in work related group stating that because she is seeking medical help she is looking and wanting help to learn how to look for work ,but is not fit enough to actually look for work , is there any way to word or rules that I could put on the mandatory reconsideration to put her in the none work group

Has your daughter been found Fit for Work?
If she has then you/she need to show that she meets the criteria for the Limited Capability for Work Group or the Limited Capability for Work Related Activity Group.
Our ESA/UC Claim guides explain the criteria. Which Descriptors did she expect to meet?

she was put in limited capability for work , which not sure what that means , but she was fast tracked through to the assessment by them because she was not coping with going to talk to them , I had to do the talking , just need help on how to word it on reconsideration that seeking medical help does not mean she is wanting or capable of coping with work related activities as this process has already badly effected her

If you are doing an MR then you need to explain how she meets one or more of the LCWRA Descriptors, this is the only way to get her moved out of the LCW group, see our ESA/UC Claim guides for the criteria.
