PIP F2F questions was created by Doris
During a PIP face to face by Capita, does the assessor have information about the previous award, and is it unusual to be given a home assessment without one being requested?
Many thanks.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Yes, they should have your previous PIP2.
Home assessments, which have not been requested, are rare but we do hear from members regularly about this, it's an acceptance that you have problems sufficient that your attending at their offices would be a problem.

Sorry Gordon, I needed to make myself more clear, I forgot to put the question in context.
During a PIP F2F review, would the PIP assessor be influenced by the previous PA4 and PIP Decision from DWP?
The award was increased on an MR, therefore would the assessor also have access to that information, or would they not be aware any award was increased from their previous PA4 recommendation?
Sorry for the confusion.

They should have the MR information but it would not hurt to tell the assessor that the original Decision was revised by the DWP at the MR stage,
