Hello. I had PIP assessment last year and did okay and now I have an ESA to fill in. I always wonder how to fill the boxes, my conditions do vary but most of the time I cannot do things repeatedly.
I've got together lots of stuff, a lot of it is proof of operations and hospital appointment letters.
I do have the report from PIP, is that worth inclusing.
PIP capita also asked my GP for more info, he listed my conditions (only some ogf them mine) and briefly said they were disabling. and that I got good/bad days. I did okay with PIP...is it worth sending that in to them? I have a new GP now, I fear if they ask them, they will know nothing.

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

Yes, you can use information from your PIP claim in support of your ESA reassessment but you must explain its relevance, even where there are areas of overlap, the criteria is actually quite different.

Are you using our ESA Claim guides to help you complete the form?
