capita face to face again help ! was created by Windyblower5
Hi , I received an app for a face to face with Capita again this morning.....two years ago i had my first capita face to face and scored NO points ! I asked for the copy of the assessment and she lied ! So I took it to mandatory and then it was overturned and received standard in both , it made me so ill as I was going to take it to tribunal as I had the mobility car taken off me so I could no longer keep my hospital app, that were over an hour away from me ,when they say they are giving you an award for three years they don’t say but of course we will start hounding you sooner , I actually feel I can’t fight this again , am I the only one that’s having another face to face or is everyone being given this privelidge, I’m actually scared to say anything this time because of how they misinterpreted it .... I have seen a consultant who has put in his letter about my walking needing a walking stick severe numbness in feet and legs , pain clinic submitted a letter stating pip could have access to all my notes at anytime .... seriously what and how do I deal with this , this time I am truly scared of the meeting next week Any advice would be grateful thank you

Unfortunately, you cannot avoid the face to face unless your GP is willing to write to Capita explaining that having one will pose a significant risk of harm to you and that a Paper Based Review should be done. About 95% of assessments require a face to face to face.

You do have the option of recording the assessment providing you ask in advance and can provide the equipment to do it.

Whilst you have had a bad assessment before it does not mean that you will again. I know it does not seem like it but the majority are done professionally and the claimant receives the award that they deserve.
