Updated Guides

I am sure you have answered this for someone in another post but cannot find it.
We printed out version 26 dated April 2017 of the PIP guide for my husband's claim. I am now going to make a claim myself. How do I find the differences between that one and the latest one, as I cannot print it all out and find reading computer screens exacerbates my neck problems.

The major changes are to the applicability of "safely", a change to the definition of therapy which now excludes taking medicine and lastly changes to the Going Out activity.
