I was due to have a face to face for ESA, had an appointment set for it, but I sent in some extra evidence. They sent me a letter a week later to postpone my F2F to review the extra evidence. In the letter they said they would contact me again at a later date. That was 8 weeks ago. Is this normal ? Would I be right in presuming this means the extra evidence wasn't sucessful and I am likely back in the queue for the F2F ? Just that if the decision maker had granted me a decision from the written evidence I sent, I am presuming it would have happened by now.
I do realise you can't say for sure, and yes I realise I would have to contact them to know for definite, but was just curious if this length of time is normal for fresh evidence submitted. Thanks for your help.
There are long delays in the ESA assessment process so it could just be that they are having problems arranging a new appointment but it is also possible that they have been able to do a Paper Based Review using the new evidence.
I would contact Maximus for an update.
