Yes this time round as I failed I could see what they failed me on and the scores, but in 2017 at my last assessment I just had a standard letter saying we can reward you x amount etc the letter didn’t say how I passed just I was on standard for both which I was happy with at the time. Should this have been included then? Is it worth me requesting this?

You would be better off requesting the assessment report from that interview.

Zoe, hi. I am in a similar situation to you. Transitioned from DLA to PIP, I was on standard for both under DLA.
After the assessment for PIP (like you, this came within weeks of assessment for ESA and I am support group)
Under PIP, was awarded 5 pts for daily living and 12 for mobilty. Sent in MR and after 16 weeks, they stuck with their decision and Ive now lodged for tribunal appeal.
Your situation almost mirrors mine (my physical disabilities also cause great stress/anxiety which make it difficult to interact with people face to face- so I dont leave the house unless absolutely neccessary.
They scored me 0 pts on this but scored 12 for mobility because they agreed I cannot follow a simple journey alone, which to me seems contradictary)
Just wondered if you had had any success yet? Hope so.
Best wishes
