My appeal was started on 28th Jan 19,DWP given til 4th march to respond,they didn't, eventually appeals sent more papers to them with a response by 7th may,again didn't respond,it was then sent to a judge for direction,and I received my judges response on 17th may,I could not believe it,they have given DWP 28 more days to respond,then if they don't,it goes back to the judge again for directions.this means DWP will of had 19weeks to respond, 15weeks more than they should of.its about time dwp were held to account for there delays,if it was the other way round I would not have been given 19 weeks to respond to them,instead of the 28 days they give you.
