Hi Gordon,

I'm filling out my PIP form and I'm stuck on certain questions like 3a and 3b Preparing Food.

I cannot prepare and cook a simple meal at all.

3a asks do I need to use aids to help me to prepare and cook a simple meal
Yes no or sometimes

Then 3b asks do you need help from another person to prepare or cook a simple meal
There are 5 different answers for yes no or sometimes and I again dont even fit into
the last one about preparing all my food as I cant cook it.

There are other similar problems on other questions.

How do I answer them?

I have filled in the give details box but not the yes no or sometimes boxes.
