Hi
I am still in receipt of DLA.
I have not been retested since 1998.
Last week I reached the grand old age of 65.
Is it possible that they are holding out so that they can fail me and I would not be able to reapply.

No, there are a lot of DLA claimants and it is just taking longer than was planned to invite eligible claimants to claim PIP.
