Hello,
My son's behaviour has changed since we lodged the appeal over 12 months ago. My understanding is that we can't introduce new information to the existing appeal. Instead we need to lodge a fresh appeal. We are able to provide documented evidence.

It would not be a new appeal but either a Change of Circumstances if your son has a current award or wins his Tribunal with an award of lower value than you reasonably think he now qualifies for or a new claim if his Tribunal is unsuccessful.

No, that's not what I said, the Change would only be relevant to an award not an appeal.
