Returned my PIP form but forgot some info was created by Mic
I have recently returned a PIP form but forgot to write some important information on at the end. Can I still send this and ask for it to be added on? or is it to late.

Hi Mic
Any information you send in should be added to your electronic record (even when it is late). However, you might want to ring the DWP to ensure it is there and if it has been read. Their electronic database records when things have arrived and what parts of the claimant records have been looked at.

Hi BIS, I sent it special delivery tracked and signed they received it friday but I only just realised the mistake today. Will it matter if they have already looked at it?

If the information is important then send it, the DWP only look at your form to see whether a Decision can be made without the need for an assessment report, there will then be a gap of at least a week and likely a lot longer before you hear about a face to face.
