Was forced to claim UC but managed to get a claim for Cont ESA accepted and as I have pension this exceeded UC . Had to pay back all UC .However had filled in UC 50 and was called for WCA . Checked and was told had to attend this but it would also be used for my ESA claim. Result is I limited capability for work and work related activity . Now UC are paying me again and have stated I no longer need to send fit notes and I may be called for a review but they will let me know if and when. ESA have asked for a fit note. I asked UC about this and they have said ESA is a different benefit and nothing to do with them !. Do I have to inform ESA about this outcome as I assumed all departments would get the same details. Also have you any idea when I might be recalled for another WCA
