This is their opinion, one thing that you might want to think about would be challenging the assertion that getting out of a car and into a wheelchair is the same as getting into a bath, for example; in a bath, you would need to lower yourself and then raise yourself back out of it.

That's the same thing I was thinking Gordon, but i dont use a bath i use a shower with a seat as it's not safe for me to have a bath ,i told her this in the assessment and it also says this in my form ,do the decision makers only go on what they score you or do they also go on what the assesor has put

But that's exactly the point and why you need to show that the analogy is false.
Decision Makers will normally follow the recommendation of the assessor but it is not a given/
