Hi we went through the procedure of changing from dla to pip, having filled in the form and went for a face to face assessment, being awarded for several years, now a year later. We received the ESA50 05/18. So it looks like we have to go through it all again. Is this normal?

My full name is showing, how can I stop it? Unfortunately what you describe is all too common and many members have reported experiencing the same thing. Even though PIP and ESA are different benefits it's easy for it to happen.
