PIP Success was created by Meakhin
Having lost my previous PIP at tribunal in March, I am pleased that to say that a new claim succeeded with me being 13 points with DWP accepting that I have great difficulty with daily living.

As this is an enhanced award from March 14 2019 -October 31 2021, with review after 31 October 2020, is this a short term award with the DWP likely expect significant improvement in my my mental health in relation to functioning ?

Thanks,

Moraveen

Congratulations on the award, well done.

A short award indicates that the assessor believes that there is a possibility of change, that could be for the better but it could also be for the worst, it's a prognosis not a statement of certainty.
