ESA Assessors Report was created by MyHipsHurt
I had my ESA assessment a couple of weeks ago. Can I request a copy of:
the assessors report
and
the ESA113 completed by my GP
Or do I have to wait until I get the decision letter? Who do I ask?

The assessment report won't be released until the Decision is made, your GP surgery should have a copy of the ESA113. You would contact the DWP office dealing with your claim for the report.

My GP surgery is claiming not to have a copy of the ESA113, but not sure if I just spoke with someone unhelpful. So is this something they would keep on file?

As far as I am aware your surgery are required to keep a copy of any information that they provide to a third party about your health.
