I had a F2F for my PiP review at which they cut my award from enhanced care to nothing and my mobility to 8 points. I asked for an MR that came back as no change. I then applied to the tribunal pointing out where I thought the the points should have been awarded. I was in for a long wait i know. this morning i got up to an email from the tribunal service to say that they had cancelled my tribunal as the DWP had had another look at my claim. I rang and was told that both care and mobility had been awarded at enhanced rate for an ongoing term. I was so stunned i was crying it was such a relief. Thank you Benefits and Work for you invaluable support. i am on cloud nine .
