Enhanced Disability Premium

Hi I am currently in receipt of PIp (enhanced on both components to) and I am in the support group of ESA contribution based. I am single and live alone. I’ve been told I should be receiving the disability premium and the enhanced disability premium. I have check but I’ve never received either one. I have tried to read up on it but, to be honest, I’m just confused. Please could you advise me. Thank you

To receive the Premiums you need to be eligible for Income Related ESA in addition to your existing ESA(CB). ESA(IR is dependant on your household income, your savings and assets, and any hours that your partner works. See

If you think that you are entitled to ESA(IR) then contact the DWP office dealing with your ESA and ask for an ESA3 to be sent this will allow the DWP to see whether you are not.
