ESA tribunal success for mobility was created by alan davidson
Had a successful ESA tribunal for mobility 2016
Have PIP assessment coming shortly will they use the tribunal notes from ESA mobility to take into account for PIP still have evidence from ESA seems a waste if they don't consider it

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Alan
The PIP assessors will not automatically be aware of your ESA win unless you flag it up to them. Also, keep in mind that the criteria for PIP and ESA mobility are not the same.
