Is my carer allowed to withhold her name from DWP? was created by Creature
My carer wants to withhold her name from DWP/ Capita examiner when they come to my home for their visit this Wednesday, 3rd July.
Is it alright if she does this? She has had some very unpleasant and unnecessary experiences with them in the past, so she would rather keep her confidentiality when they visit.
If she does withhold her name, will that compromise my case?
Many thanks, Creature.

There's no requirement for them to mention who they are.
