The form covers your household income, savings and assets and any work that your wife does, so yes, your wife is included.

Thanks Gordon,
I checked back on my notes, a member of their staff advised me to attach a covering letter to the form, to explain the reduction in our capital to below 16k - Stating “ A significant deviation in capital “
Is it now just a question of awaiting the outcome of this claim, before proceeding further?
