ESA FORM 113 was created by Lorraine
I completed my Esa50 and sent it back 2 weeks ago. They have sent form 113 to my GP. I don’t visit my GP very much, I have CFS and ME amongst other conditions all of which are treated as well as can be with medication. My concerns are the 113 form section on walking and moving. I have never discussed this with my GP I can mobilise but can’t do it repeatedly due to fatigue from CFS. Having read the 113 I think my GP will say I can move around is there anything I can do to make my GP aware that the form doesn’t really allow for conditions where the task can’t be done repeatedly. Thank you

Hi Lorraine

I would go and see your GP to find out what they have said or are going to say. GP's are actually told if they don't know they should say so, but of course, that doesn't mean they do. If the form has not been completed yet your GP may be willing to add anything you have discussed.

Thank you. I have done. They haven’t got form yet. I’m in a state because my regular GP is on mat leave. Because my CFS and Fibromyalgia are conditions which can’t be cured I don’t go all that much as I’m told it’s your CFS /Fibromyalgia that’s causing your pain etc. I’ve just this horrible feeling they may put me in the WRAG or remove my
ESA completely . Do they make a final decision based on 113 do you know.
Thanks for prompt reply

The Decision will take account of the ESA113 but whether it will be a major influence, in either direction, will depend on the content.
