Hello, my PIP 'How your disability affects you ' form arrived. I'll need the extended time to fill in this form and collect proof.
When should the phone call be made to ask for more time to complete the form ? Now or nearer the return date ?

You can do it at any time but I would not leave it to the last couple of days.
