I had to start new topic I’m not able to access my previous post. For some reason? My gp has advised that she doesn’t fill in the rsa113 as she Believes it is the job of the dwp, what happens in these cases do you know? They have letters from back in 2016 explaining my problems which I have sent however they still want the form filled in. I’m guessing another medical for me
My understanding is that GPs are contractually required to complete an ESA113 although I doubt that they are chastised when they don't.
As it is not your normal GP looking at the form then it may well be to your advantage that they have refused, a bad or indifferent report will certainly be a lot worse than no report at all.
