PIP appeal was created by chrisbright

I have been struggling with trying to write my appeal while subjected to hate crimes being committed against me and which has led to Post traumatic stress disorder, can I mention this in my reasons for being late past the 1 month deadline
Also the original pip assessment was carried out only on my fibymalgia condition and not on any of my other 5 medical conditions that I was awarded high rate on the DLA care and mobility for, can I focus on the missing areas not included in the medical assessment

If there have been external factors that have delayed your sending in your request for appeal then yes, you should mention them in the request.
