Is anyone able to tell me if your Mobility car is taken away from you even if you ask for a reconsideration and then appeal.

You need to contact Motability they may be flexible about but If you no longer have an Enhanced Mobility award then you no longer meet the eligibility criteria for a Motability car, this does not change during the MR or an appeal.
