Hi I’ve just recently received a letter from the dwp saying my dla is ending and I have a month to apply for pip. I have a phone number to call and I am extremely anxious speaking on phones my daughter will speak on my behalf. Please could anyone tell me what questions they will ask? Thanks
Although your daughter can speak on your behalf, there are three occasions when the DWP call handler will insist on speaking to you. This is just to confirm you understand various things and that you give permission for your daughter to speak on your behalf.
The information they will ask for can all be found on page 13 of the PIP guide. It just includes things like your DOB and your NI number and what medical conditions you have.
