I am on CB ESA support group and PIP enhanced both rates for mental health problems.
My husband has dementia and welfare adviser has suggested he claim for attendance Allowance. Would this affect what I get?

Your ESA and PIP would not be affected by your husband receiving Attendance Allowance.
