just had a call from someone at Capita asking if I could attend a cancellation appointment in the next 5 days, I replied no, has this happened to anyone else also is it his normal ?
They do sometimes call when they have a cancellation so they can maintain a full schedule for the assessor. Nothing suspicious. You don't have to accept which you didn't.
