If you get a contracted 25 hr a week job can you be made to work more hours , if you are managing to work whilst having long term illness ?

We don't deal with this aspect of UC on the forum but my understanding is that if you are working 25 hours a week then you will be earning more than the limit that allows you to be treated as having Limited Capability for Work so your JC+ advisor can ask you to do more work but this must still take account of your limitations.
