ESA and Retirement was created by Ray
Hi to all
i have supported this site for many years now and found all the information i have read useful so despite now being retired i will go on supporting.
This time i have a question for my self, i was 65 in April this year i am currently on ESA and have received a letter from the the government to apply for my pension . There is a small section in the letter that states i can postpone applying if i am receiving benefits as i may be getting more money.
Does or has anyone done this before and how long can your official government pension be postponed for? I can't really find any information on here regarding this.
Gordon may have the answers i'm hoping.
Regards Ray
