I was granted a Disability Blue Badge April 2019 ( have ra) is ithis worth mentioning at tomorrow’s f2f Medical Assesment, but getting taxi as 9 am traffic stress me +++

Is it obligatory to sign their form at the medical assessment - or is this ploy ?

The only form that I am aware of would be the one to confirm your identity, if this is used then yes, you would need to sign it.
