I have just received the letter informing me that my indefinite award for DLA is ending. It says I have to ring the DWP to make a claim for PIP. Obviously I was expecting this to happen some time but it is still a shock when it does. My question is, what actualy happens when I ring up? Will I be subjected to an on the spot interview and my answers be set in stone and maybe used against me? Or is it just a confirmation of my personal details followed by a book sent in the post to be filled out? Thanks.
