Hello, I started a new claim for universal credit and ESA on 28th June, as I had to leave my job through my poor health. The job centre are not making me look for any work and 8 n9 linger have to go there as I am just getting a short telephone call every two weeks. They have advised me that the next step would be the medical. however I still haven’t received any paperwork ( is it the UC50 form ?) is this normal for it to take so long, or should I be asking about it? Many thanks in advance
We have heard of some people just being sent letters for assessments without being sent a form first. If your able to, I would ring and ask where the form is.
