If you are talking about PIP - there are slight variations around the country, but most people are waiting for more than 42 weeks - some longer.

It does not matter which benefit you are appealing, they go via HMCTS, as BIS stated below it is taking over 42 weeks to get any appeals listed, if you can get a decision over turned at MR stage it will save many sleepless nights and worry.

thanks gary.my wife did get the pip overtuned buy stopped the carers.which is a bit strange.especially with the illness she has.
