Can anyone help on filling a WCA form for mental health sexual abuse surgery I've had kidney problems agoraphobia inconvenience eating disorders. I've downloaded the guides I cannot concentrate and follow the wording I have become confused, foggy, my for was due 26 June but I've been extended until this we'd and have only done 3 pages I'm asking anyone for advice and/or help please.
The only thing I can suggest if you don't have a family member or friend to help you fill in your form is to search in your local area for benefits advisors. A local charity may be able to help you.
