If the DWP Decision Maker accepts my ESA on the Special Circumstances rules of being a risk to myself and others which i think is the sort of report the HCP is sending to him

if im accepted by the DWP decision maker for ESA on those grounds

does that make it less likely they'll come after my PIP then ?

Cos prob they'd see no point if accepted for ESA cos risk to myself and others and also that i won PIP in first place at appeal, they'll think prob no point coming after PIP, cos unlikely to get it off me.

Though of coarse always could get a nasty DWP decision maker if theres anything else but of coarse lol who could deny the report from HCP for my ESA and DWP could still come after my PIP thinking if a nasty enough HCP interviews him for it at assessment we could maybe still get PIP off him anyway.

Thanks for your patience. Just need answer to bit in vold above really.

There's no equivalent to the ESA Exceptional Circumstances in PIP so I'm afraid it will have no effect on a future assessment, you may be able to argue that you would be at risk in completing the PIP activities due to the same conditions but you would need to to start from scratch in doing this.
