Thanks again for the reply Gordon,

Yeah I realise that, in the example I typed in the last post, the part where I put *followed by reasons* is where I would put the reasons why they couldn't attend.... I didn't want to write the whole letter on the forum.

I just wanted to check if the example seemed worded and laid out right.

Hi Maxit

Your letter is fine, but I would also add that your relative has always had home assessments for PIP. I think it is relevant to mention it in this case even though it is a different benefit especially as they are not on a ten-year award and have been assessed more than once.
