Pip review. was created by Lydia1960
council housing benefits, council tax have changed, due to my pip benefit having changed.

my esa has been reduced, but had no review by a benefit officer.

Is this right? Still waiting for pip review result.

Lydia

I'm a bit confused your say your PIP benefit has changed but also that you have not had the result yet, so do you know how it has changed?

It is possible that a Decision has been made but you have not yet received notice of the result, I would contact the DWP office dealing with your claim for an update.

Do the benefit office adjust esa payment's without a review of the claimants case? And is this related to pip payments, these esa reductions?

Hi Lydia1960

As Gordon says in the previous post you really do need to contact the DWP for an update. ESA and PIP are dealt with by two different departments and one should not affect the other.

Hi Lydia

If you lost the daily living component of PIP then it could have an effect on your ESA if you received a SDP.
